In Duitsland het die eerste kanselier van Wesduitsland die meeste stemme ingepalm, twede was Martin Luther. Die SA-rangskikking is maar baie merkwaardig, omstrede en het glo groot lawaai versoorsaak. Maar hierdie lys van name wys net die verdeeldheid en verskeidenheid van die SA-samelewing. Die naamlys is uit Wikipedia ontneem.
